Eagle Research Associates headed by Lynn Edgington has provided information to the the authorities over the past (nearly) 3 years that resulted in zero money being returned to the victims.

YET...! You obviously WANTED to miss my point, which is: government appointed receivers or administrators handle the money and are responsible foe apportioning it to the victims, NOT private citizens such as you or Lynn, and NOT corporations unless appointed as receivers/administrators.

And BTW just because they are idiots and/or uninformed that doesn't give you or anyone else license to take advantage of them. As "smart" (snicker) as you are, I'm sure that there are many areas in life where you could very easily be taken advantage of particularly in the case where there is an organized, concerted con operating in the way that the HYIP "industry" works. Which is why fraud in virtually every form is universally illegal.

Unfortunately most people and other life forms on earth doesn't live up to your words because nature has it's own set of rules. Legality is just a perspective, lets look on the bigger picture because you'll be correct only if we've been living in an imaginary subjective world where the one & only rules are some words written on paper.

In contrast to what you've written I would suggest to adopt or die, it's a cruel world, nobody acts without motives/interests, everybody with his own morals, action have reasons/intentions (whether we like those reasons/intentions or not, they are there!). If you believe in justice it's your subjective idea (I watch Smallville and I do like the idea), if somebody else doesn't than it's his ideas and different actions will follow. Smarter "snicker" always used, use & will use the fool (history / stats can prove that). If someone stronger want something from the weak he doesn't need any 'license' to do it he can just use his arms to beat him up and takes what he wants and in this particular case the 'legality' won't be any noticeable part of the equation (like in many many other cases). It just another example of the weak beaten up again by the strong/smarter/wiser/faster etc... "nothing new under te sun".

Then after the facts we sit in comfort trying to judge all the observed scam cases but it doesn't mean s**t collectively, only to you. No one in TG that come in my mind atm have sufficient power to change HYIP reality.

Naysayers, I understand your motives, however it feels like you push people to believe in your s**t. I'm making money on HYIPs for over 3 years now, way in profit and I give a rat *** about those I don't even know of. BTW, I won't ever steel from the poor intentionally because I feel sympathy for them and imagine myself in that situation but I know not everyone have those feelings and I understand that completely too and I don't have problems with them as long as they don't have problems with me.
