Now for your claim us naysayers do not provide facts, every time we do we hear: You are a troll, a naysayer, negative thinker, afraid to take risks, only the admin knows how the program works, we don't know what we are talking about, we don't want to see people get ahead, only the courts can declare it a scam, a person is innocent until proven guilty, yada, yada, yada. The mods and promoters do everything they can to discredit us. Then when the program goes south, as they always do, then they claim they didn't know it was a scam, yada, yada, yada.

But then you know all this, but just don't want to admit it.

Do you have any proof you did it besides from you SAYING you did? How much money you made busting them? Do you have any payment information? It is dangerous to believe scumbusters as some of them are actually criminals and scammers.

It is easy to see what you are implying. If it doesn't happen to you then you have no business reporting them. Sorry, it doesn't work that way. If somebody robs someone right in front of you, you can, should, and most people would call the police and report it. This is the same thing.

I would do the same if someone is robbed in front of me and I am sure the mods would too.

People who send money to HYIPs do it willingly. It is not robbery. If they lose money it is their own fault. They were warned if they happened to read the FAQ and Terms and Conditions (minimum DD before investing money). They may say something like "There is No Guarantee of returns. Only invest what you can afford to lose".

I wasn't in P2P so do not know if they guaranteed returns so do not know what happened in that particular case.

There is NO comparison to ROBBERY in the case of any current HYIP...try reading the FAQ and T & C of any current HYIP and you will see what I mean....

They guaranteed the investment not the returns.
