And for your info, I didn't get anything much out or in . I exchanged some GDP through an exchanger at a preposterous rate. GPI has so far practically remained a virtual exercise for me. If the so fancied GDP to LR counter is or was ever opened, maybe I would have had an occasion to sniff a handful of true nickel. That expectation is receding.

just that the site had been up and down for so long I did not know.
Like I said before, I usually come in when a ponzi is having trouble in order to warn newb's as they are the only ones with less knowledge and more likely to be tricked into putting money into a failing ponzi. Only to lose it.
So when the site came back up I compared it to the first post plans and the plans that are now on the site.
Most usually when a ponzi switches plans it is what we call a RED FLAG. That they are running short on funds and nearing the end.
I think there was another posters (player of hyip's) that also mentioned that switching is a red flag. Those are your better players. They play to gain money but don't lie to trick others out of their money. They will post when/if they see red flags.

Previously we have unresolved problem with Gorgon Project Invest. We removed link to their website (May 09, 2011) and too bad finally Gorgon Project Invest closed their HYIP program.

I think we should just remain patient as long as there are Twitter updates. Luckily SolidTrustPay is also sensible, and won't block accounts unless there are valid reasons.

I don't see why a company will name itself after well-known projects and MAJOR developments, if their website is so easily found on the Net and when one can easily see that it will only be a very stupid scammer who attemps doing this. They have been online for 9 months now.

Don't you think that smart investors, real investors, people like Warren Buffet, Trump, would jump all over this at the % rates this hyip is spouting?
It does not really have a business behind it. I have seen many scams that do just what you said, use a popular name to make them LOOK legit. Believe or not at your own peril. GPI does NOT have a real business behind. Specially one that pays (haha, giggle) 3.5% a day.
If they are legit, then paying interest on peoples money, they are required to have a license. Write to the SEC and ask them if such company really exists.

It is a good idea that any investment you make you should confirm they are licensed. Even those with good intentions. Without a license to sell securities , they are acting illegally. Which in turn can get them shut down and every ones money lost.
It is true the SEC will put any money found in the hands of a representative called a Receiver. Then run it through the courts for a couple of years, then sometimes a few pennies on the dollar are left to pay back those who lost.

Even real investments can go bad. We all know that. At least you have a fighting chance with real investments if you chose so to invest. With ponzi's, if you get in and out at the beginning, you may make a few bucks.
A few bucks, or even a few hundred. Is it worth it to break the law, end up having to pay back any gains plus possible penalties as well?
There are far worse risk in playing hyip's than losing your money.

Me, long winded? There is so much in the hyip world that many do not know about. The loss of money is the least of their troubles.
