Then, you need give me yours passport copy and contact way, I need do a set of registration documents and give you to sign.

About the quotation, our quotation is USD750, include all the fee.

After the company finished, I could help you open an offshore account in Hongkong. If you want open it in another country, you could contact with this bank and do it.
Could you set up a Belize IBC or Nevis LLC in HK with a bank account? Is something like that possible or does it have to be an HK Co.?

There would be a registered agent for any of these Co.'s because it's mandatory, one either existing when formed or after being formed. Are you able to open an account or does it have to be an HK Co.?

BTW, no problem if it has to be an HK Co., I'm just wondering

The problem with HSBC in HK is that they require a busines proof, and that means invoices. You cannot have invoices yet if you just started a company.

Does HSBC take the same position if it's a newly formed HK Co.?

Yes. That is very strange. The solution could be for instance to form HK company, open bank account right away in some other country, and then after a few invoices go to HK and show them you have a viable business so you can open a bank account.

The way it's going now with global offshore business, I rate HK in top 5 for legal decent business operation, so well worth the premium setup price and a little startup hassle.

HSBC will ask you to fill in form with your business information, just like you do what business, how much is your yearly turnover...like that.
