To be perfectly honest I don't really see how any of this makes a bit of difference in a criminal investigation except it does put Ian directly behind the eight ball when charges are filed. Now of course if Ian registered IT as a society, which does offer tax protection, additional charges can be filed.

Even if IT is incorporated it does not protect RayMac or any of the BOD, past or present, from liability in a criminal fraud case. And if fraud charges are brought the incorporation can be breached and civil liability attached in lawsuits by their victims.

Here is a good place (e-mail address) to collect information about the incorpation procedure, for instance, if the number 1623426 is the number of a name reservation or the number of a registered corporation, etc:

Already talked with several individuals there and they confirmed that IT4us and the 3 other names are registered as stated, and they indicated that does not make them a corporation, the paperwork was to secure the registration of the names not incorporating of those names as entities.

All I know, a few months ago Mac announced that Paul Ian Shambrook will no longer be a member of the "BOD." I assume that's when the investigation from diverse authorities started. However, when IT announced (about 6 months back) that they are now incorporated and presented their proof at the home page, at that time Paul was the sole shareholder of International Trading Corporation NZ Limited and still is, registered with 100 shares.

That wouldn't be the first lie or the only lie. All I can suggest is to wait till the site is up again and you can see for yourself the who are the registered shareholders. It's there black on white.

SECURITY CHARGE DISCLAIMER:
All security charges are held for a total of 30 days after maturity payment has been paid. Once the cycle of 30 days
has expired, the original amount of the security charge is released to the trader. P7 trades are the one exception, as
the security deposits are NOT returned to the member purchasing a P7 trade; the security charge is kept to pay for
expenses and benefits connected with the Smart Cards.
During the 30 days that the security charge is held it will be accumulating additional interest within our system and
building future or possible returns for the Clients.
Example: If a trader only trades a few times with us, then the original amount of the security charge will be released
to them at the end of the 30 day hold time, but any interest built off of the security charge will belong to us.
However if a trader continues trading with us and ends up becoming a Client, then that interest and any additional
funds accumulated during such trades will revert back to the Clients account. Such funds will then become their own
personal security for future trades, or may possibly be withdrawn as an additional bonus by the Client.
Our Guarantee States: Should for any reason a trade not go favorably for us, your traded amount will NOT be lost.
In the event of a poor trade, if your funds are immediately available (meaning no penalties are imposed) then at the
end of the primary trading cycle the original amount of your trade will be returned.
If however there are penalties to be paid on that amount, then the amount will be held for up to a 30 day period of
time and then released to the trader.
The only reason we would hold the Guaranteed funds for 30 days would to be to cover any additional expense to us
and to insure that your funds were returned in full. Please note that if your funds are being held for the 30 day
guarantee, they may very well still produce a profitable return during that time.
At our option, depending on market flow, we may choose to release the security charge (Commonly referred to as
"SD") at an earlier date, without penalty to the trader.
