High risk businesses face significant challenges opening offshore accounts. Practically all offshore banks ban these activities. Yesilada was in North Cyprus was used by 1000's of these business until they where taken over by the central bank.

No, you can open for offshore company, it has to be somewhere central american though such as cosa rica, and you have to go in person. They will never freeze your account or anything. But incorporating + flying there + getting a lawyer to assist you in the entire process (as for example i cant do it myself because i dont know spanish) = 5-6k ... It isnt very cheap solution.
