It seems like a fairly 'stable' program to me. I have no complaints with them so far.
Their communication seems good. I received 2 e-mails today from them:
FIRST:
Dear Participant,
Our website may be unavailable to some of you, due to a heavy Distributed
Denial of Service (DDoS) attack. Our DDoS solution provider, BlockDos.net, is
working with us closely as they combat these new vicious attacks. I hope to
have good news for you in a few hours.
Needless to mention, your account data and any funds/units that belong to you
are, as usual, completely safe from these malicious users who seek to disturb
our growing community.
I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience, and appreciate your continued
patience.
Participants wishing to redeem their Units may do so by emailing Kim at
kim@privateopps.com. Other account-related issues should be directed to
support@privateopps.com.

SECOND:
Dear Participant,
I am pleased to let you know that our website is now back up, after a 1-hour
downtime. Thanks to BlockDos.Net's prompt DDoS resolution service, we were once
again successfull at mitigating a heavy DDoS attack.
To those of your who do not know what a Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS)
attack is, here is a short explanation taken from Wikipedia: A denial-of-
service attack (also, DoS attack) is an attack on a computer system or network
that causes a loss of service to users, typically the loss of network
connectivity and services by consuming the bandwidth of the victim network or
overloading the computational resources of the victim system. In a distributed
attack, the attacking computer hosts are often zombie computers with broadband
connections to the Internet that have been compromised by viruses or Trojan
horse programs that allow the perpetrator to remotely control the machine and
direct the attack, often through a botnet. With enough such slave hosts, the
services of even the largest and most well-connected websites can be denied.
I apologize for any inconvenience caused, and appreciate your patience.
See you on the forums!

Seems pretty straightforward and efficient.
