Can someone transfer LR USD to MY LR account by simply going to an exchanger, buying some LR USD and using my LR account number as the one they want the funds to go to?

Are their any verifications that need to be completed? I hope this works as it would make it so much easier for my customers to do this than buying LR USD from an exchanger, THEN having to sell LR USD to another exchanger to get it transferred to my LR account.

Savvy exchangers have ways of thwarting this scheme. They don't want to be set up as naive party to fraud.

1) Bad guy convinces mark to send cash to exchanger.
2) Bad guy make an order for digital currency.
3) Mark sends cash to exchanger.
4) Exchanger sends digital currency.
5) Bad guy runs off.
6) Mark complains that the mail order bride is not as advertised (Cameroonian puppy, bulging account at bank of Nigeria etc) and points his finger at the exchanger.
7) Exchanger says "WTF?" and soon after closes up shop bankrupt or in wastes away in custody.

Now, if you can make the arrangement to have your customers make the order for LR, and pay for the order dealing with the exchanger directly, the exchanger might be willing to spend to your LR account to save the $3 and to save your customers having to open an LR account of their own.

Since what you are attempting to sell by mail order is clearly obvious already, perhaps you should cover your intentions better by insisting that your pot-head customers actually open up and manage their own LR accounts and make their spends to you. Don't force your exchanger to kick you to the curb or worse, have the police kicking at him for selling drugs.

Yes , they can do that and i don't think any exchanger will refuse to do ,your clients can send exchangers Wu or any other payment method they agreed on and when exchanger asked about the LR account number which needed to be funded, they can mention your account number.

Also in the other case Your clients can buy LR and fund their own Libertyreserve accounts normally and then transfer directly from their LR account to your account without Interact with Exchangers Again.
