lol i like poker but who could be bothered making a team and then working it out.
plus whats the guarantee that one person in the team wont screw evry1 ova.
plus do u actually understand how collusion works. tried it? or just read a guide on the net and decided u no evrythin bout it.
dont botha with it man u will get caught.
and if u dont. well done
I know this isn't sports, but wasn't sure which forum to post this in.
Anyways, would anyone be interested in forming a poker collusion team of 5+ members. Basically what you do is get a few people working together at an online poker table at sites like Party Poker, etc. and split the profits.
If you have 5 people at a 10 person table you can rake in the cash starting with small amounts.
I think any team should test their teamplay offline, for example 4 vs 1 to check all standard situations. Then play online 4 or 5 vs 1 or 2 opponents.. Phones to communicate or something like skype... It's quite possible but needs good teamplayers
It will not work online. Most poker rooms are trojans. They see everything you type, use, and see on your computer when you are playing poker. Unless you do it over the phone, change poker rooms everytime, and then also change usernames everytime, it will not work.
Automated? How the hell do you automate a poker collusion team? I still say that the risk is greater than the reward.
HYIP ALL DAY I don't want to offend you but you are coming off to be some kind of expert on this subject and you don't even seem to posess even a modicum of precursor knowledge.
Of course you can automate a poker collusion team and this was public knowledge LAST SUMMER.
The above poster was refering to a bot , and he was right, you can use it standalone or script it to work with another. This is basic basic and became a problem last year that you had to use two PC's to run the bot safely as the poker software scanned your services.
I've used the standard version of Winholdem, not the collusion version, and 99% of people will still lose using it. The collusion version is almost certainly even trickier to use again, and that's *automated collusion*, nevermind setting up a team of (probable) amateurs you've found on a message forum.
Apart from being completely unethical, I'm afraid that I think the whole idea sucks. You would be better off spending your time improving your own game than trying to cheat people.
Talking of poker, I came across this the other day....
It lets you check or search the latest tournaments at most of the major poker rooms in real-time, so you can find the best tournaments for your money whenever you want to play. There's a guaranteed prize money section, big money tournaments, and also a freeroll section with probably thousands of free to enter tournaments every day, some with surprising large prize money, so I thought it was quite a useful site to bookmark.

I agree with you 100% , I was stating that you can have an automated collusion team. People need to realize that the bot is not turn key and everyones will act differently based on the rules and how much time they take to configure it.
Like you said it comes down to your own skills and you need to take a lot of time to hone them first or you are a goner.
Even then the risk / reward quotient for this game is not beneficial enough to put in the time needed to win , some people don't have the inate skills needed to begin with.
It is best just to play for fun and blow off steam after a long work week....
