It's like having a poker pro sitting behind you telling you the right moves to make when you're playing in sit and go tournies. The guy who wrote the instruction engine finished pretty high in last year's WSOP (44th or something) so he obviously knows his stuff.
I'm testing another bit of software right now (just got my hands on it tonight) for playing automatically on Betfair.com's exchange games - poker, blackjack and baccarat. I've still got to go right through the functions, but the jist of it is that you enter your own rules for when bets should be placed and it will run automatically only betting when the right conditions come up.
Oh yeah, and bots like this are completely ethical and Betfair even encourage the use of them - they've actually got a developers program where they provide code samples to programmers and stuff like that - so there's no need to worry about having your accounts closed or whatever.
