If you can time cash withdrawal such that before the admin runs, you can leisurely. Many hyip players do such timing game with the admins ... and gamble their money leisurely. Not for income ... yes, even IncomeNonStop has stopped.

You have asked for suggestion on investment. So my suggestion is to you is to be wise when choosing someone's suggestion. There is a referral commission attached to a hyip and that might influence someone's suggestion. Your own judgment on a hyip is be best suggestion i can give you.

About filling up your balance, there are many ways but i suggest you to do paid to post on different forums. Less chance of getting scammed.

I have bad news for you: you have nothing to do with the character from American sitcom created by Danny Kallis but your age, or your progress had stopped when you were 10. I would recommend you the hit and run strategy because you don't know when a hyip can turn scam and if you get into the hyip with some good RCB from hyip monitors like hyipnew, hyipscope etc, it will provide a thing like insurance for your investment.
