operate just like any investor with that $100.
If there available Reinvest - he may Reinvest, if there available balance for withdrawal - he may withdrawal etc etc
Once again, he and any monitor has just one obligation on those money - Invest it in program back till a time program continuing paying, nothing more.

So, if prior there is no special offer has been accepted by "monitor", any / all claims, to withdraw profit only, not to reinvest, to invest only in special plan - Absolutely nonsense.

As per your second statement

MNO isn't my.
Personally for me GsMonitor and MNO are the same ...

I do not visit / read both of them, but it's changing nothing in this case...

Don't forget whose money do you play with. The HYIP monitoring system has been created before you have invented this "fair" method of monitoring.

If admin thinks he can adhere to what you describe, he must mention it on the "Add program" page. Once again, HYIP monitoring system was founded long ago, and if there are no special signs on the "Add program" page, it means HYIP monitor must reinvest full amount all the times. If not, he is a burglar.

BTW, Gsmonitor admin is a well-known cheater, I saw he refused to reinvest in another program "because he had seen the non-paying status on other monitors", so it's obvious - he is a fraudster.

Exactly was founded long time ago, before a Cheaters monitors and Scum Bags admins was comes with their faking Offers, Special plans and other BS Tricks...

I heared many times about Gs monitor reinvesting scam. They reinvest lower amount each time. Like this :

The admin of the type of monitor you describe must also invest from different names, by parts and in different plans. However GSmonitor uses his name while investing to help admins scam investors by making selective payouts.
It's obvious - everyone forgot about these rules but everyone remembers that he can reinvest just $1 (in case plans allow) because it's pure profit.

So the conclusion: either you are the honest monitor who invests by parts from different usernames and reinvests different amounts, either you an "purchasable" monitor who must adhere to the rules I described in the first post (full reinvestment all the times).

GSmonitor is neither first nor second type of monitor - it is a whore who is always looking for a way to steal money. He adheres to the rules of "purchasable" monitor to attract HYIP owners and adheres to the rules of honest monitor to steal money. Verdict: SCAMMER =)
