Exchanger who accepts PayPal/MoneyBookers, I am ready to wait 45 + days

Hi,
I have few hundreds on my PayPal account and I am ready to wait that 45 days to receive money if that is such a big deal.

I have couple of hundreds US $ per month and I hope that there is registered exchanger who can send me my money after that 45 days delay.

The same thing is with MoneyBookers but I don't know how many days is needed to wait to reach not reversible status.

Both accounts are legal and verified. I hope there is some reliable registered exchanger who charges 4-5 % per transaction.

Does anyone want paypal ?

I need that regularly, month by month and I will wait 45 days to get in non reversible.

What is the reason that exchangers do not accept any kind of deal with PAYPAL ???

This is not true exchange, its more that I'm giving a loan for month and a half to exchanger

Regular loans each month and I have to wait 45 + 1 day and get my money

Where is the RISK for exchanger to accept this deal ? Nowhere ! Zero risk !

Or they can't keep the books in order for month and a half to pay this kind of money

I accept paypal and MB,but dont use any of currently popular e-currencies

PAYPAL is very TRAUMATIC for exchangers, some kind of PPPTS ( pay pal post traumatic stress )

I noticed that one exchanger from Nanaimo always talk about that 45 days and all that things so I proposed 46 days as a normal solution for fear

It's easier to start rehabilitation institution for PAYPAL victims

than find one, only one exchanger on the planet who can perform this kind of business on a regular basis.

Well yes paypal is traumatic experience,i will never forget how i smoked 1600$ on paypal exchange scam.I even posted private data of scammer here but bastard complained to tg admin to remove it.

I don't need or intend or whatever to do except to get money for money that I can not withdraw to my credit card.

But if you can't help me tell me about that 6 months period so maybe I am willing to wait 6 months if it is necessary.

I hope that 6 months will not turn into 36 months like 45 days turned to 6 months

So I hope I'll hear that story or urban legend about hairy paypal monster who can do nasty things

And I hope that answers will be from knowledgeable kind people who like to help and do not charge for help.
