just report them to the authority.. they acted like aint scammer. .actually they are.... where are the proof? look here

for first time investor..

invested $100 and refund 40% which is $40.. hey.. where's the another $60? gone to their pocket?

invested $50 .. withdraw 1 time $30 ... left $20.. and no refunds for first payout.. so.. what happened to the $20?

if they are aint scammer.. pay back all!!!!.. if nOT .. leave it to the authority.. and we'll see who's right

.. nowadays .. ppl are getting braver.. they are not afraid of jails.. we'll see then

Indeed, simply just a scam. Try deposit $100 into my e-gold account and I give u back $40. Sure I am the $60 scammer and you will start to shout.

But still.. as I mentioned earlier, better than none at all. Gcisurf took all members' fund and ran away.

Actually estrixsurf could just did the same because there is no refund policy at all. Ok, I will just say...'they are thoughtful and do understand human values'.

Regarding refund policy for Studio Traffic, all members do feel it is safe as Studio Traffic did a few refunds recently. But I am just wondering what if one day they are forced to shut down, will they refund 100% to all members ? Thats over $10 million members fee.

I visited the forum earlier a while and there was a thread 'how long will Studio Traffic last ?. All the members start to debate and defend that Studio Traffic is the safest to invest because of its refund policy. Finally the guy who started this thread admit lost as all members of ST fired back at him.

What makes them so confident as there are no legal documents with thumb prints and signature for their refund policy ?

Yes. Better get part of your money refund than you get nothing. I hate this two weeks... make me lose money..

I'm afraid things aren't quite so black and white - all or nothing.

In your scenario, there is no room for expenses. Do you think the people who worked for Estrix worked for free? That servers and maintenance cost nothing? And so on... 40% was probably all they could afford, and I'm happy to have recovered at least something.

Most of the HYIPs are scams. Here's a true story:

They set up a site and promise a huge return - say 65% daily. People are cautious at first and they invest sums like $1, $5, $10 at most. Someone puts in $1 and they pay him $2. That someone has thus "doubled his money". Great, huh? After a few days, after people start getting that "hey! it works!" feeling´, they start investing sums like $100, $1,000, even $10,000. The scammers wait a few days and watch the big bucks roll in. At the right moment, they pull out and take all the money. The next day when you try to access the site, all you get is a page saying Fu*k Off. This is a true story like I said.

Now there you have a real scam. They only make a few very small payouts, only enough to serve their purpose. The game is set from day one.

I hardly think Estrix qualifies as a scam in this light. They tried, they worked hard, they paid lots of people. But in the end they failed to make it last. That's it. It happens. Life goes on. I feel Estrix was honest and fair all the way until the bitter end.

To me a scammer is someone who plans everything beforehand and never intends to pay or make the program work. No scammer has ever refunded even 1% of anyone's money.

So: R.I.P. EstrixSurf. No use beating a dead horse. Let's move on to other programs, shall we
