Digi-exchange is a new exchanger and they need customers/clients.
|
I have been in the e-currency business since e-gold and intgold, exchanging privately. I used to work with IceGold, they were my favorite until they had to shutdown because of legal issues. There was no reason to operate an exchange before that but after their closure I had witnessed what many others have Today, poor service, lack of communication, you name it...so it took me about a year to find a legal way to operate Digi-Exchange EU from Slovakia which pushed me to open the service and offer it to everyone around the globe.
It really does motivate me to see satisfied customers, and even though were newer than others, it does not change the fact how we will work and treat our customers 2-5+ years from now.

We decided to launch Digi-Exchange.EU for a number of reasons, and one of those reasons was since there was not an exchanger that could be compared to IceGold (high level of customer service and honest owners) it gave us an opportunity to enter the e-currency market and create something unique based on customers wants and needs, a new industry standard on the way we need to deal with our clients.
The main focus of Digi-Exchange.EU is to create higher levels of standards for our customers' satisfaction. We have many new services and projects planned which we will reveal later next month.

Your fees are higher than in your competitors. If you want customers then that's the first thing you have to look at.
Why would anyone pay you 4.5% to out-exchange LR if there's another exchanger that offers the same service for 2.5%? I'm talking about GOLDUX. Based also in Slovakia. Old and trusted exchanger.

This fee changes from time to time, it honestly depends on the current market situation. As an accredited exchanger, the fee for selling LRUSD/LREUR back to Liberty Reserve is currently 3%. Patryn can confirm this? It is possible to lower the fee if there is sufficient demand for LRUSD/LREUR from our customers but if there isn't than we need to sell the LRUSD/LREUR back to Liberty Reserve directly and pay the fee quoted above.
Another thing is that we offer different types of services, Cash Deposit in Selected Countries, Western Union which Goldux doesn't currently deal with, with that said, I'm not saying that Goldux is not reliable because they are and we do deal with them - we know the owner personally and he is trusted.
I'm sure we will offer better rates when the market situation will change or if we have enough demand for LRUSD. You can see that most exchangers offer 3-4% right now, including eCardOne and eBuyGold but their rates do change on a daily basis, based on their demand as well.

Re: How do I fund my Liberty Reserve account?
I'm sure that if digi-exchange was lacking in terms of clients, they would reduce their fees. Exchangers adjust their fees based on current float balance and market demand. If their fees for LRUSD are higher than usual, it is likely because they are being flooded with the stuff and wish to slow this down.

So, are you saying that the slop in communication is directly proportional to the increase in client base?
