Seychelles has had allot of bad press lately with Barclay's and another bank there, perhaps Google it all. You might want to consider another jurisdiction for your business. A Nevis LLC or Belize IBC might do the job for you regards

Re: Offshore service provider you used?
Seychelles for company is set up is fine, not so good for banking. Banking it is better to be done in traditional offshore centers.

I know what you mean, but they had a well regulated, stable banking situation there. Just hope their Co.'s don't start to go the way of the banks if someone has some kind of problem with them, regards

I don't know that much about BVI, Hong Kong is excellent but you'll have to go there to open the account. Some say they can do it for you, but that usually means you have to sign some kind of trust agreement for the account with them since they'll have to open it for you with their docs.
It could mean?, that you won't be the only signer on it with the bank. The usual annual fees for an Hong Kong Co. with nominees and the yearly accounting can run 2-3,000. This is still a great place to have a Co. and it offers allot, but in reality you have to go there and find a good supplier, best regards
p.s., Caleb (moderator) had a post up with HK banks and suppliers on it a while ago. Ask him about it.
