You're right, surfing has been better. The slow surfing didn't bother me too much though, because I know this is a dependable paying program. I'll take a solid program with a few technical glitches over a smooth surfing scam site anyday!

Mu, here is a little info,
$5 free, $5 upgrades, 3% for 60 days,
Compounding-- when daily earnings have reached 50% of your total Member Level (minimum $10), compound option will be enabled once this minimum amount in your cash balance is reached.
Payouts are on or about the 15th of each month for the previous months earnings, minimum $10 payout.

How promptly their payout.

I've been in for about a month or so. From what I can see, the mass payouts are finished within a few days and looks like this program has been paying reliably since it started. I joined because of the good feedback I've read about everywhere. The admin's name is Gerry, and he also owns 911hitz.
The only thing is the surfing can be slow, but you only have to surf 10 sites.(I usually have to hit the refresh button once during surfing because it hangs up.)

I just logged in and the site seems to be working fine.
