I had join Grandhits for around 1 month as an upgraded member with total $15 including the free unit and my last month balance was $13.95 for October.
My question, can I cashout on November 15th and is the amount $13.95 when I cashout ?
If my upgrade happened to expired, can I still cashout eventhought I am a free member despite my last month balance is more than $10 ?

I am not sure how quick is that as I am still waiting. As for now I am seeing this message.

All accounts have been credited for 11/06 & 11/07(I know it says "last updated 11/05" but look at the number of days paid this should be correct and also on your surf stats should show 15 credits earned for 11/06 & your "cash balance" should have also increased)
What this means to you is that surfing will be disabled until this machine is operational again, and accounts will be credited each day after midnight for the previous days earnings. Also we will take this time to complete our revisions to the compounding policy, compounding will be disabled until these changes are implemented and working properly.
I have been working all day to get this far, unfortunately we are currently without the new server that ran strong for us all week, a replacement fortunately was already ordered last week just in case something like this were to happen and it should be here either today or Tuesday at the latest, everything is still under warranty and it will be repaired and returned to us so that in the future we will always have a backup on hand.
