Although yesterday's selloff from 1.2270 has continued to pressure euro and marginal weakness would be seen, loss of downward momentum should prevent further sharp fall today and reckon 1.2075/80 would contain downside and yield rebound later to 1.2160/65 and possibly 1.2180. Having said that, renewed selling interest is likely to emerge below 1.2200 and bring another decline.
Below 1.2075/80 would risk 1.2050 before prospect of a corrective rebound to take place early next week...
