I need ~600USD on liberty reserve and want to pay via paysafecard or ukash, is there any estimate, when casher.biz will be up and running again?

I ordered 1 of the XML gold mastercards and I selected USD bank transfer but upon investigating what it would cost I decided I would like to re-order using Liberty Reserve USD instead to pay for the xml gold mastercard. Can someone please tell me how I can cancel my orig. order and then re-order and pay with LR USD?

I was checking your requirements to get your prepaid card
and I would like to ask, is it mandatory to provide a passport scan to order your prepaid card?
I don't have any and I'm interested in your Mastercard. Thank you.

I don't like to make trips and if I would want to go to the neighbor countries
most of them (if not all) just require my national ID to let me in.
So, I doubt I could request a passport in the next future.

Hi, the minimum is 10 EUR to load the mastercard, the funds will be credited within 3 hours, but normally much faster and sometimes it may take just a few minutes. Note that the card will be loaded only at working hours, which are from 10AM to 10PM Spanish time.

The CVV2 code is on the back of the card the last 3 numbers are at the end of the signature stripe.
