Advice on Investing in some programs

I am a newbie when it comes to HYIPS. I came across 2 programs namely Safe Depository and RePro Finance. Both these programs have been running for more than a year. Would it be wise to invest $50 in any of these programs?

The reason I ask this is that I have come across advice on the internet that as far as HYIPs are concerned, it best to invest early and get out as soon as possible. These 2 programs are offering 150 and 180 day plans. What is your view on these programs lasting for another 150/180 days? Are there HYIPS which actually stay online for more than 500 days?

If $50 is not a fortune for you you can invest in any of them. In any case that would not a huge lost.

Thanks everyone for their input. I have a budget of around $100 only. I diversified my investments by investing small amounts in some long term and short term programs. Lets see how it goes. Thanks again.
