Hi. We do not ship in India and can't activate this card to either India or US citizens and residents due to Mastercard rules.

As documents, we require just a clear scan (300 DPI) of the cardholder passport. Its important to mention that the passport must be valid because the issuer bank verify it and it case the document is not valid the card is not activated and you lose the money you paid for it.
