I have to say that even if uniclear remain cheap, support is not that great when it comes to money, they are quick to answers when it doesn't concern money but it come to that, no answer.

true, today has been a bad day for egold but then then send me confirmation email that payment withdraw has been processed but actually it is not.
contacted them via Internal message and email and still no answer after 2 hours and their office is closing in 30 minutes.
last time I sent an email about how long does it take to load my debit card (after I ve sent funds, they needed 4 days to reply (not 48 hours).
I am still on with them but there is one thing I really don't like is company who think they can play with your cash and start to think that only cards with expensive fees are much more reliable.

As far as I can remember, you loaded your debit card during Saturday or Sundays at that time and it's their holiday on Monday at that time.
Their office hours is only from 9 am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday and you should know that!

don' t think I am dumb, I am not at my first transaction with them and I always catch their office time to mail or call them even.
UniClear support is not that great, I don't say they are bad but just not enough communicating.
I have 2 other debit cards and support always reply and act in less than 4 hours so waiting 72 hours or more for a reply it is not acceptable when a site claim it s excellent support (front page), I can see that Uniclear is trying to improve and this is difficult to do many jobs at time but I do think that people who have few hundreds of dollars in account should get a better service.
UniClear remain one of my favourite but poor support will drive my cash somewhere else if they don't work on this.
Does anyone know what is the PIN number on the uniclear debit card? I chose my own PIN number for the nextwave site to access the transaction history, but what about to actually withdraw money at the ATM machine?
On the paper I got from uniclear with the debit card, there are 2 numbers - a 6 digit and a 4 digit one. Which one does what? Also, can you change it?

If you want to take advantage of the low fees, then perhaps uniclear is the choice. But if you want good service and support, then move away from Uniclear. You will only get good support and your email replies in your dreams

I noticed that if I send a message to Card Services in the internal messaging system, I get no reply at all. But if I write to General Administration, I get an answer in 1 or 2 business days.
Just wondering if anyone can answer me how long does it take to clear an e-gold deposit to my UniClear account? It should be instant, shouldn't? At depositing their page said it's pending. But for how long? It was around 24 hrs ago. I guess it will slip to the next week.
