The best way to close down an HYIP and you no longer want to run it:

Close new spends so that people can't spend anymore. Pay every single member until their deposit has earned the profits they were promised. As the admin, do whatever you want from the profits you gained from the HYIP.

In theory this is best. But I've never seen a single HYIP do this. Is this possible? 100% possible.

Say as an elite trader you can make 1% a day. Your hyip pays 1% a day for 200 days.

You gain $50,000 in investments. You close down all new spends and continue to pay until everyone is paid for 200 days. Since you pay them daily without returning the principal, in 200 days, you are now $50,000 richer, as the admin, you keep the principal.

xfx - if I may - that's assuming that someone is actually investing. Sorry to tell you, but 99.9% - DON'T... Some actually do, and 'get lucky' - for a while...... THEN, the 'games' start.... (MOST are in the first catagory).

(And, if you can show me someone who can consistently make 1%/day, in live trading, well - can I have the headhunter fee when he/she is hired by some of the 'big boys'?)

I'd be perfectly willing to share 50% of the profits on real trading, at 1%/day. But, where's the incentive for the trader???

May be 1% a day can't be made, but what about 1% a day 5 days a week? More realistic.

Doesn't 4X Club have real verified trading at .5% a day or more?

That's ok, but HYIP Heaven was rolling!.

If you can believe what these stats list, HYIP Heaven had over $3.5 million deposited when they collapsed.

I think the owners & admin were actually sincere, but they grew so fast their servers collapsed from overload. They had maybe 6,000 accounts.

Had they kept going, they would have easily passed the $4-5 million dollar mark. They were getting $150,000 deposits per day.
