Here are some facts.

both netiba.com and stormpay.com have identical servers

Domain servers in listed order:

PDNS3.ULTRADNS.ORG 199.7.68.1
PDNS4.ULTRADNS.ORG 199.7.69.1
PDNS5.ULTRADNS.INFO 204.74.114.1
PDNS6.ULTRADNS.CO.UK 204.74.115.1

They have slightly different addresses in CLARKSVILLE , Tennessee, but same company agent JOHN R. MCCONNELL, JR. - just check the Tennessee company register and usual whois.

ultradns.com don't have either of the two companies visibly listed as clients.

Any positive (or negative) link between the two would be appreciated. They are both private companies so can find little public records.

Does anybody trust a NetIBA logo? 50% affiliate commission somehow smells a bit when it is supposed to verify identities. I don't think sensatrust pay that kind of commission - mind you, has sensatrust died, or just no new members?

Considering how much effort goes into protecting users from scam admins is there any way for genuine admins to be protected from scam members? judging from my own email in-tray both stormpay and paypal are in danger of losing a lot of merchants due to their chargeback policies.
