Cyprus company incorporation including nominee services (shareholder, director, secretary), registrered office - 1500 EUR is what we charge. Second year fees go down to 1000 EUR which include nominee services & registered office.

Just an important information if you are thinking about incorporating a company in Cyprus. You will need to file AUDITED accounts, and if you apply for a VAT number , file quarterly returns and so on. You will pay usually several thousend Euro for that a year. So even if you get a cheap deal for the company formation, you must be prepared to pay a nice amount every year in order to comply with local regulations.
A Cyprus Ltd isn't like those cheap IBC's you can incorporate and throw away if you don't use them anymore. So If paying 1000 or 2000 more or less is a problem for you I would think twice...
You may also evaluate to incorporate in Eastern Europe. There are several countries with a similar tax rate (10%) as Cyprus which do not have the "offshore stigma". Of course this would be for trading purposes. If you need a holding company you still will need to go to Cyprus or Malta...

As Offshore Guru put it. For holdings and having your income within EU you will need CY, otherwise choose some other jurisdiction that doesn't need bookkeeping and audited accounts. This 2 together will cost aprox 2400 EUR more. 1200 each. If you can find cheaper accounting and auditing I am all ears.

Requirements to file audited accounts and annual tax returns are the only problems with Cyprus Ltds because as posted above these two requirements cause a lot of expense.

As noted, the audited accounts are something you should really think over before choosing which way you want to go. Quite a few options out there, but stay away from the overpriced gouging lawyers
