2. ANY paypal country account holder can contact me for paypal account restore service. This means - in many times it is easy to restore paypal account and withdraw funds from restored account.
So I can provide this service too - restore account and withdraw funds from it.

3. Bad news are listed in the bottom, so here are they - I stop just a withdraw service for many paypal countries, that requier withdrawal to US bank account only. Among them are USA, Canada, UK, Australia and many other paypal accounts.
So if you have such an account - you still can reach me and I will try to restore account, but in case if it fails or your account was permanently limited - withdrawal will be not possible.

No, I can only try to restore your account, but not withdraw.
Restoration will cost at least 25 usd, for such small accounts it is useless

because many people from this forum have paypal accounts under unreal names and adress, and they don't have USA bank accounts to withdraw

Hello, I have a Bulgarian limited Paypal account. I see you listed Bulgaria, but I think Bulgarian Paypals can only withdraw with sending check. Can you withdraw it?
