Okay so this website is now officially a SCAM and I have already filed a dispute and posted information about this.

In fact I have just started a website forum to allow other members who have been cheated/scammed from this program to collaboratively post their information so that we can appropriately pursue this fraudulent criminal via the relevant International Cyber division departments for online fraud.

If you know friends/family/referrals that have been scammed encourage them to post as well.

Enough is enough, we need to start joining forces to ensure the authorities delegate the appropriate attention to these matters, recoup funds and prosecute these thieves under the maximum extent of the law.

Sure there is a risk, but deliberately faking paying status to trick investors into investing money into a program that can no longer sustain itself and has stopped making payments?

That's called fraud - in fact the legal charge for it "obtaining property by deception".
