Update:

Just received second movie, no problem, took a total of 9 business days to turn around from time I sent to the time I received replacement, so given I am in NY and first distribution is in CA, not bad given the USPO is bankrupt and nothing is getting delivered as quickly as they were when not bankrupt. lol
