Every HYIP and its payment system. Some are instant, others too are manual. The instant payment takes just about 2 to 3 minutes and your money is inside your online payment account. The manual takes hours. Now you need to check its payment length when it is manual. However, if it goes beyond that time, it might be that there is a problem. So you need to send the Admin an email about your pending payment. If you hear nothing from them, then the unfortunate news is THEY ARE GOING SCAM.

Yeah...you are right..almost! I mean than sometimes pending withdraw appears because of DDoS attacks, changes in design etc. So it's quite logic not to panic couple of days.
