Finally, the Game is now Over. I had paid on 13th April and still I didn't receive my card. I had requested the OP for the refund but still no answer.

I had Paid OP $210 on 13 April for Debit card and Bank account with Shipment cost. The seller said he will send the bank details with in 15 days.. after 2 weeks I ask an update. He said the card is in process. I wait and wait and wait for so long but nothing happened.

I ask seller to refund. He says to give him 2 days so that he can arrange refund and till today he is not replying to any of my emails.
