AlertPay Bank Wire Delay.

Hi, anybody experiencing delays in bank wires from AP ?

In the account the transaction is marked "Completed" but the funds are never arrived in my bank account.

I called AP they said that they had wire delay problems and than I called again after acouple of days and they've told me its already sent BUT still nothing since 13/3.

Anybody have similar issue and what can be done ?

Request a trace.

The transaction marked completed in your AP back office
does not mean that the funds have actually cleared ! take this as a provisional status.

Also if this is your first withdraw from AP to your BA then they will hold
the payment until there have confirmed it with you.

Check your AP email or send a ticket in.

They've provided me with a false trace over the phone, my bank didn't found it nor got any money.
It's not my first wire (but it's the biggest.)

What is the best solution for a situation like this ?
I think AP are playing with me and don't want to pay my money.
I already give them the benefit of the doubt but since the 13/3 I got nothing.

I've placed another one on the 21/3 and it's also marked as completed and sign of even an incoming wire.
Anyone with had a similar issue lately ?

Why do you believe that it was false? Request the full trace document. It will be an official bank statement which shows the movement/tracking of the wire from sender all the way to where it is right now. Wires are not permanently lost.

I had to register here just to post on this thread. I am also having problem with bank wire withdrawal. I withdraw last Mar 13 and the status is completed on Mar 16. But when i went to my Bank to check it, the money still no in. I sent 4 support tickets asking them for documents or trace #. They gave me trace# but my Bank says the transaction doesn't exist. This is my first withdrawal and so far the biggest. This day i receive a reply from them:

"You may experience a delay with your withdrawal due to our banking partner currently experiencing a delay with processing Bank Wire withdrawals.

We are fully aware of the issue and we appreciate your patience while we aim to get the matter resolved as quickly as possible.

Please note that we unfortunately cannot offer a time frame for when you can expect to receive your Bank Wire but can assure you we hope to have your withdrawal complete as soon as possible."

I am really worried because its now Mar 24.

I got exactly the same email.
Hope they can resolve this issue ASAP.

Hi, I have the same problem, I requested a wire transfer on 15th March, 2012 & even after more than 2 weeks, I am yet to receive the fund to my local bank.

I got bank wire few times from AP and they processed it in less than 5-7 business days. But in whole it takes around 2 weeks in appearing to bank account.

I think the mass delays are because of the JSS tripler matrix (justbeenpaid - ranked 522 in alexa / 350K members and AP is their main processor).

If my assumption is correct, AP or their banking partner or both just can't handle the pressure = wire delays.
That should increase demand for other E-currencies because JSS offers withdraw to LR / STP but for how long ?

If someone got wire from AP in the following days please let me know.
