s corporation cooperative hybrid

Is there a way to make a hydrid out of an s corporation and a employee owned cooprative?
I've been interested in this because I want capitalism to motivate my employees to make the company money instead of paying Indaviduals high wages and have them not produce. instead I want my employees to get paid more for their efforts and create an incentive based system with certain level managers having voting rights and others not.

The simplest way to motivate employees to contribute to the success of your company is to make a significant part of their pay proceeds from a profit-sharing plan.
