I guess I did not post anything wrong just providing web link of paypal information from paypal worldwide website.

I just got warned again two times in 2 minutes for "Attempted Member to Member Exchange" but I did not requested or offered to any member e-currency exchange service. Any ideas what exactly I did wrong?

The mod who warned you was applying the rule -
