Yes you have an online console and can do some transactions from there.
There is no discount for repeat order. Its the same process to get card / acct whether new or repeat order.
We encourage our customers to get a US address for this, but where u want us to handle everything, we charge extra.
yes card will first go to a US address before being sent overseas.
For US delivery, its $70.
For us to handle everything and send to u abroad, its $150.
Bank will accept passport or DL as ID.

Limit is $5000 balance on the card at any one time.
