We apologize for the inconvenience this downtime is causing. The 2 massive DDOS attacks have caused us to upgrade our dedicated server and our DDOS protection levels. With this, downtime cannot be prevented. Although you may be able to access globaloilfund.com intermittently, and you may do transactions normally. There will still be downtime as the progress of the uprade and changes to be made on the server is being done.
