I received commission from stormclix. The payment paid directly to my stormpay account. The main problem here is stormpay doest not have much advertisers.

$5 click? I can see why anyone would pay you $5 to see his site. It is completely useless. They can purchase much cheaper clicks thru Adsesne and the clicks will have some conversion becuase they would be from visitors who are interested in the site and not clicking because of getting paid

Paypal offered $5 as sign up bonus when they started if i am not mistaken. They can earn million of dollars when they become popular. This is call " investment".
