Labour office to haul BM to court

Yup, confirmed by ex-PIPS staff, BM and that ugly wife of him will be haul to court by the Malaysian Labour Office, failure to pay salary will be the charges.

Now, let see what will happen next,

Guess that makes sense if all their bank accounts are frozen. They couldn't pay the salaries if they wanted to. This is the type of thing that compounds an already difficult or impossible situation. Why wouldn't BN allow the paying of wages earned by employees?

Not sure about the law in Malaysia but the receiver in the Wellspring Capital Group case paid back wages to their former employees, after the judge signed a court order allowing the payments, even though the assets were frozen. Maybe the law allows it in Malaysia and I suspect that the Malaysian Labour Office would know.

Had a call from the labour office and Sharon just told the labour office to F**K OFF, To quote " We have other bigger problems to think off, the staff can go and report to whoever they want .."

Oh-oh, simply breathtaking ..... whats next Bryan "the scammer" Marsden ??

How in all of hell can an employer treat their employees that way? I am starting to believe that Sharon is the bigger culprit here than even BM.
