Are online paid surveys legitimate?

Paid Survey World is a good site which lists a lot of free survey sites for international members including German paid surveys and surveys for China, Hong Kong, Japan and India

I have to beg to differ on this. The legit market research sites won't sell your information. They are market researchers. Just like companies that conduct focus groups. Why would they pay you? because marketers, major companies, want to make sure they are making, distributing, marketing and selling stuff that we will buy. And they will pay a lot of money to be as sure as they can of that. I am with over 400 survey sites and get no spam. It just isn't a problem as long as you are with legit sites.

There are hundreds of paid survey companies that are legitimate. To say that paid surveys are a scam is simply ignorant. There are thousands of sites that call themselves "paid surveys" to try to sell you something. Thise are NOT paid surveys. A real paid survey from a real market research firm will never ask you to buy anything and will NEVER spam or sell your information.

These companies pay you to take surveys because they are paid very well to gather information about products, advertisements, etc. so that large corporations can better market their products to the public. Those of you expecting to quit your job and make thousands taking surveys online are not being realistic. Like any opportunity, you only get back what you put in. If you join one survey panel you will not make much. There is no such thing as a free ride. Paid surveys is a great way to make some extra money. And one of the only opportunities to make money online with no investment.

wahmservice.com has over 300 paid survey companies listed and they are all 100% legitimate market research companies that will pay you to take online surveys.

Many of them are legitimate, but few of them are worth your time or effort.

GoZing is great.. I agree. I have always been paid through PayPal for every single survey I've filled out.. Not to mention the surveys are actually quite interesting.

Excellent point MOGBase...to succeed in doing surveys, it really helps if you find the whole concept of market research and sharing your opinion (honestly) to influence brands interesting. Otherwise, you may find it tedious
