So I really don't know what you are talking about. I have my experience with the free survey sites out there like NFO, Greenfield, etc...all the free survey sites that you list, I have joined them and THEY WERE ALL OF NO USE TO ME WHATSOEVER. A waste of my prescious time and they do not nor have they ever paid me for my prescious time I took to answer all those tedious and annoying questions. First ot all...boasting of hundreds of surveys that pay sounds great. Problem is there are plenty of other sites our there that list all of those same sites for free. I am not saying surveyscout's list is bad...just that there is no reason to pay for it.
And the reason you see so many sites making great claims about surveyscout??? They pay those people for each and every referral they bring in. Which is fine, but I just have trouble with people saying surveyscout is a paid survey site when it's more of a referral program than anything else. And one that costs people money at that.
I would pay them $2 for the list. It is not worth $35 IMO. Out of the $35 you pay them, $24 goes straight to the affiliate's pocket and they will tell you all sorts of lies to make money.

I have some experiance and in my opinion there are a lot of legit websites for paid surveys however here is my advice: google some forums about freebies there you can find a lot of links for paid surveys for free.
