I gave them $10 for a debit card but no response in last couple of months.. they are scam

Well its mean the websites u mention are not ripper then the (North York Community Credit Union) ???

Let me explain u something. If i'm not wrong the North York Community Credit Union is Debit/Virtual cards provider and also offer reseller/affiliates/corporate packages on thier website, anyone can become reseller of thier North York Community Credit Union cards.
you can not blame all those websites are ripper becouse it can b you and me or anyone else.
I order 1 bluebanking card and paid $10.00 , didn`t recieve card yet. I hope withen few days i'll get that and will update u guys.

and today i got email like:

Got my bluebanking card today! took a few months, but they ended up giving me a refund becuz it was taking so long... so I got the card, and a $10 refund, so the card costed my absolutely nothing! im so happy right now! lol. im glad i kept the faith when everyone was screaming scam!!!

They are a scam, some one else i know tried to order one and never got the card they been waiting 2 months i belive.

no, theyre not, lol. How can you call them a scam when me, as well as someone else, just got their card? They do take a LONG time to get though...Im pretty sure i waited more than 2 months. somewhere around 4 or so.

It is definitely a scam or a rip off of another website.
