I'd say that there are a few that at least try to be a real business and make you (and them) money - same for autosurfs. But you are right, almost all of it is FRAUD. Sad thing is, most no one knows this when they get into this game. When you first get into hyip Everyone, including me, wants to believe that they've found 'the secret that rich people use', or something to that effect. Really you just have to decide wether or not you want to play black jack, or hyip.
