I am still waiting for reply from the authorities in Dominica to clear any doubts. You can say it is ignorance at this point of time and not until Dominica has given us their legal opinions.

SwissCash is here to stay despite the libel and scams alert. Every investment programs that is not registered in the country where there are investors locally, has an obligation to post Scam Alert. Swiss Embassy has done so in order to wash their hands from the responsibility.

Maybe you should sue the Singapore Government for putting your Company on the Scam Alert List. But , then I guess if you did that , Michael Marsdenfield would have to crawl out of whatever Sewer he lives in and expose the so called truths of your actual existance.

Every investment program that is not registered in the country where there are investors locally, the government has an obligation to post Scam Alert. But Scam Alert is not equivalent to "Blacklisted" category that has committed fraud.
