And why would it be a violation of a legitimate company's TOS? What do they have to hide other than the FACT it is a lie just like Marsden's claim that PIPS was insured. What company would be stupid enough to insure an illegal scam I hope the authorities fry your scamming A$$ and I know that 2 and maybe more jurisdictions are hot on your trail as I type. Even Pinoy ratted you out.

This would be the critical week for Swisscash as there are two datelines, Sept 10 and Sept 15 for its resurrection.

It's already September 10th and there is still no activities at the DNS Servers so it seems unlikely that anything would happen today.

So now, the scam or not scam date would be this Saturday, Sept 15. We shall wait and see what unfolds.

According to YM, Bryan Marsden is not in jail, he's merely working with officials in Malaysia to re-structure PIPS, actually PicPay, not PIPS, and the negotiations are just taking longer than expected. PIPS is perfectly legit, everyone knows that.

I'm not trying to scare anyone. I'm just giving you the facts like I did when you were defending PIPS, PlexPay, AmityFund, Swisscah, SwissFrancs, etc.
Are you trying to claim that the QL3 is legal and you, Foss, Counts, Liberty, Carallis, Shriver etc. are not members of the power team?

I'm still waiting for the name of the insurance company that underwrites the $25,000 you carry in your sig. Don't try to distract from the question again. Surely if you can advertise it, you can reveal the name of the company. Or is that just a part of their deceptive advertising practice.
