Re: Swiss Cash - Swisscash.net
[QUOTE=ym]Dear Swisscash members,
Please read the article below very carefully. It helps you to infer the kind of problems Swisscash/Swiss Mutual Fund is currently encountering.
Quote:
In today’s post 9-11 world we shouldn’t have to talk to you about the state of banking and privacy in the world.
In fact, banking regulations are so strict, requirements to open a new account are almost insurmountable for many. The situation is so bad, estimates are that nearly 40% of the population in the richest nation in the world are ‘unbankable’ !
That’s right! Up to 40% of the population simply does not qualify nor can use a bank if they wanted to. A very sad state for what is supposed to be an ‘advanced’ society.
For those who are well established in business and banking, new regulations have turned your teller into a well compensated snitch who is rewarded handsomely to file reports on you in the hopes that they can dig something up, whether it's real or contrived !
You might not know it, but when you establish a relationship with a US bank or broker, thereafter you're being watched--continuously. US law requires financial institutions and many other businesses to spy on their customers, and report any "suspicious transactions" of US$5,000 or more to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), the US Treasury Department's "Financial Intelligence Unit." It is often up to your young, inexperiences, bank teller to make the 'judgment' as to what's suspicious or not. If it were only the US, O.K. But it's not. The money powers in New York and Washington D.C. are imposing their will on the rest of the world and most countries are towing the line in lock step.
The definition of "financial institution" was at first restricted to banks and credit unions, but has now been extended to money transmitters, exchange dealers and securities brokers. And the obligation to report suspicious transactions also applies to mutual fund companies, pawnshops, travel agents, jewel and precious metal dealers, car, boat and airplane dealers, insurance companies, real estate agents and title companies. Businesses that fail to report transactions that they should have regarded as "suspicious" face heavy fines and, in the case of banks, loss of their banking charters. Their owners or employees can also be jailed. And it's against the law for the bank or business to inform the customer that they are under suspicion or that a report has been filed -- forever.
Bureaucrats have run amok abusing asset seizure and forefeiture laws and your inert 'property' can now be deemed 'guilty until proven innocent' and seized on a whim without regard to traditional due process or inherent rights of the owner. Out of fear, the institutionalized world rolls over and submits to such abuses without question.
What happens if a bank employee fresh out of college with no personal business experience, thinks you've done something "suspicious?" You might lose access to the assets in your account unless you can convince authorities that you're not a crook.
So how do you prove a 'negative'? How to you prove something 'doesn't exist'?.... or 'something didn't happen'? Good Luck!
This is fact. When will it affect you and your business ? Are you willing to wait and see? [unquote]

ym, did you forget to provide the company that is insuring the QLx3 scheme as you promised? Maybe you could persuade them to open an account for the Swiss Cash umbrella of urls at your offshore account or have you tried this phony bank? Southern Star Private International Bank, if a person can fog a mirror they can qualify or you could opt for GLOBAL WEALTHBUILDERS OFFSHORE PRIVACY CLUB, they are searching for scam merchants.

Nope, they won't be back, and you can likely only help yourself, by reporting your losses to the authorities.

Re: Swiss Cash - Swisscash.net
The SwisscashGuide article said that Swisscash closed down before the law is going after them and they have nothing to proof that they are real.
It basically goes on saying that they are transferring your investment to another scam and you just need to wait wait and wait for them to contact you if they ever do while they rain away.
However the thing is that there is really nothing much you can do about it, I guess just prepare for the worst and then move on with life and if it comes back and you get your money, it be great but don't stake your life and reputation on that happening.

I take it that you realized that Swisscash was not what they purported to be and the so-called investments which its makes are all fake since as you say, they have no money at all. I supposed from your own admission, Swisscash operates like local syndicates within each country which they undertakes the exchange of epoints to cash and vice versa and nothing to do with the supposedly investment company which is supposedly worth in excess of the multiples of billions.
Thank you for finally accepting the truth.
