Re: Swiss Cash - Swisscash.net
I didn't accuse you of anything. You, on the other hand, might want to re-read your posts and take a look in the mirror. I'm not going to report your PAs to the mods and admins, not my style, but in principle the "discussion" of the type you have been throwing my way belongs in the WarZone here. Just a friendly advice from someone who is NOT your friend but another poster on this board.

Re: Swiss Cash - Swisscash.net
For what it's worth, I understand that a great number of the people who lost money in the Asian region dodn't get into this investment via the internet but from supposedly legitimate looking sales teams that solicited them in person. As has been pointed out, these were by some standards not very financially sophisticated people who fell for the claims of what appeared to them to be regular businessmen selling investments in a real mutual fund company. I don't blame the investors here, it's the scumbag pimps and promoters who still insist that this is one of the oldest and most respected names in the banking industry, "been around 60 years, from Switzerland, ya know" The internet investors who pimped this scam here were the villians and hopefully some of them will be prosecuted for their shameless hawking. Maybe even YM will finally get caught up in some legal trouble at last, a guy can dream, anyway.

The Latest News Re: Swisscash/Swiss Mutual Fund(1948):
Relation between SC and SMF
From a post in YAHOOGROUPSWISSCASH.
1] SWISSCASH under new management/Company, nothing related to SWISS MUTUAL FUND [SMF]
2} SMF made decision to sell SWISSCASH division in DECEMBER 2006
3] Apparently some events in FEB 2007 prompted the sale of SC seem to be related to something that happened in the latter part of 2006
4] SMF plan to reurn and focus on their core business, servicing the high net worth individuals and corporates
5] Michael Mansfield has been promoted to CFO at SMF. He lost his position with SWISS CASH.

It depends on how you look at things I guess. Participating is something like SC and losing a lot is one good way to become more financially sophisticated pronto. Or at least more careful before doing something.

Why blame anyone? It is not an issue of blame. It is an issue of personal responsibility of investors for where they put their money and for the consequences of their choices.

Re: Swiss Cash - Swisscash.net
Hi Finix, I don't know about the rest of the investors, but I joined SC because my friend recommended it to me. And he assured me that his friend (upline) recommended it to him and he's been getting the returns regularly. SC was very prompt in paying my returns for the past 4 months - unfortunately, I did not draw out all of it, I reinvested most of it back. Sigh, you are right, I wanted more of a good thing and greed got me where I am today - lost about us12K! So if SC is really a scam - I think the scammers have gone too far this time, getting friends to scam other friends! Personally, I did not invited anyone to join in SC - I was a pure investor! What kind of world are we living in were we cannot even trust our friend's recommendation? Have we all become so selfish? This is so sad... and here we are teaching the children that they have to be caring and sharing their toys with other children!

Re: Swiss Cash - Swisscash.net
YM... can I ask you, are you also an investor with SC? If so for how long? Did you have any trouble with your returns - every 30 days, right?
I miss SC... crossing my fingers that they'd return and that they can proof that they are legit!... sigh...

Dear Folks,
Many of you have written to me personally wanting to know about the last message from Michael Mansfield. As I was preparing a reply to all of you, I was cautioned by well meaning SC investors that anything that I reveal might indirectly assist the Securities Commission in their case against Swisscash and might also put Swisscash in an unfavourable light.
There are two main issues that need to be highlighted:
Number One
That most investors have received their monthly 25% returns. In this context, SC is genuine.
Number Two
Who is actually running Swisscash? There is a lack of transparency.
In this context, there are a lot of question marks.
My analysis was about issue number two. I wanted to share my analysis with you, but as my report may jeopardise and affect the process of the return of Swisscash in a different format, it is better that I do not. My sincere apologies. You wouldnt want me to jeopardise any chances of Swisscash coming back, do you? I believe the answer is yes, you do not want that to happen.
Most of you want to know whether SC will come back. I will say yes. Now this is my opinion and conclusion, as I have to piece information that are scattered everywhere. Yes, it is possible that delaying tactics were employed. But the general intention is to come back. That is the good news, in my opinion.
On another note, lets just say that Swissscash disappear, together with our principal (very very unlikely), what can we do? We can make a police report, so that, the authorities can investigate and like I mentioned before, the authorities will only investigate when there is a complaint.
We may not truly know who is actually running Swisscash, but the authorities together with their resources, are able to determine who they are, easily.
Regards, Exxxxxxxxxx

Dear Swisscash investors,
Some of the comments posted declared with confirmed conviction that Swisscash has dissapeared.
Please read all comments crititically, because this forum is visited by all kinds of people, from Swisscash competitors to others with their own agendas.
They can put forward their views, but to say with full conviction that Swisscash has gone and are not coming back without any shred of evidence is misleading. Read, but with discernment.
Do not be led by people who are not qualified to do so.
Do not allow your nose to be pulled by conjectures of all kinds.
Regards, Exxxxxxxxxx
Guys, please investigate and give comment.

Rihanna, where did you get this from? Can you paste the link here? Thanks
