We all know he is hiding behind the curtains of his domicile and it is well known that there are ways and means to avoid any conflict with authorities. Establishing as such in his home country would bear more difficulties and I guess that is a method of many schemes no matter what and how they doing it.
looking or visiting him would be the question ;-)

Unfortunately I would almost have to agree with him here. He would really have to be extraordinarily stupid to post something like that there.

Some of my posts or parts of seem to get reposted there and other places on the Net , so it's possible. Although it is known way back as far as Solidinvestment , he does not like WorldLaw Direct.
