At least a friend got all his surf accts compromised, with the EG changed to 2453587(6PaidSurfing.com)

Another friend's 2 accounts (GCI and ES) got compromised, with his EG changed to 2370682!!!

in short the surf accounts were hacked and the egold account was changed to the account of the hacker

Ok here we go, I'm an expert when it comes to free software


First you need an anti-virus, you can find one here

Then I'd suggest a spyware removal, actually two best ones are this one and this one.

I assume you are using Windows XP, if you have upgraded it with the Service Pack 2 it comes with a nice built-in firewall, if you don't or you don't feel safe enough with it you could use this one.
