Over the last couple of weeks we have been having numerous problems with transferring funds. This problem has been caused by the TD bank closing down our account and us moving the funds held in trust to Barclay's bank in the UK.

Barclays now has the funds, but now Barclays has been slow to provide us with access to wiring facilities so that we can process wire withdrawals. Hence wires requested since the 5th of October are still pending. We have been working hard to get what is needed to process wires again and expect a resolution very soon at which time all outstanding wires will be processed.

This has also left us with a problem in funding debit cards. Our debit card system requires us to transfer funds in advance to a settlement account with a different bank. Since we are unable to wire funds right now, we cannot send funds to the settlement account so that we can fund debit cards.

This is a very frustrating time for everyone and we do appreciate your patience with this transition. We hope to have wiring facilities available soon so that we can return to business as usual.

Hopefully they will be back soon.

however I come back on one thing, I ve been with UniClear for a month or so and everyweek something happen.

1st: internal message who did not work, no reply on email have made UniClear in very bad position support wise.

2nd: Egold funding has been a problem, waited 72 hours to get egold into my account when it supposed to be automatic

3rd: debit card can't be loaded now.

I do like UniClear but businesswise I can't really rely on then and may change to a more reliable debit card/merchant program.
