About the SP site not coming up today...
My guess is they're being bombarded with ddos attacks in light of the recent happenings (voluntary using members account balance and effectively emptying them).
The error message I'm now getting seems to be generated by Prolexic as well:

i have a question..... why is that until now it was ok for stormpay to work with surfing programs.......... what did they just recently add this to their rules?

Although this is an old thread it`s now being added to by members regarding the current issues. Since we now have a separate StormPay folder I`ve moved it over here, though I seriously doubt anyone has anything to add about the original posters problem. So, for this reason, I`m closing it.
